The table is crammed together to get it into the blog frame. The second column indicates whether the property was F - foreclosed or a S - short sale, a blank means it was just a normal owner-occupied sale.
We havea unique thing in MIchigan called an SEV (State Equilized Value) which is essentuially supposed to be 1/2 of the assessed value. I track sold prices vs. SEV to try to see how close the actual market is to the assessors evaluations of things.
Note: on the right hand side that I'm also tracking the listed and sold price per Sq. Ft., which I believe is a valuable statistic to have in any market.
