Hello Group Members - It's time we introduced ourselves-New & Existing Members

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Coaching Radio Network™

This is turning out to be a wonderful group - full of helpful advice from members to members.

However, it might be even better if we to introduced ourselves to each other and get a little bit more related. Better late than never!!

I'll start:

My name is Coach Steve Toth, I was born in Budapest, Hungary and I have escaped from the communist political system they still had back then. I have been a technology and management consultant for more then 20 years and I have been coaching for at least that long.

I have a full time coaching business Real Coaching Institute and a radio show Real Coaching Radio. I'm also involved in a Direct Marketing Internet business marketing personal development products. That business is very much related and connected with my coaching business.

My objectives to start  this group was to bring a positive aspect to the coaching, real estate and mortgage industries.  Create a knowledge base so that people just getting into the business or experienced have a place to go for good information and education. So instead of complaining about how bad these industries are I wish to use my energy to make a difference in a positive way. Boy, I hope this introduction wasn't to boring, oh by the way I forgot to say that who I'm is someone who has a great since of humor and brings the best out of people at the moment. I know you really can't tell that from this post. lol.

That's it for now.

To Your Success,

Coach Steve

Hi everyone:  We have had coaching for several months now and I think its great.  You have to find someone you can relate to.  We switched coaches and are very happy with the person we are with.  But the big thing is as I said before - its only as good as what you put into it.  A coach can lead you to the water trough but you are the one who has to drink.  I love coaching and I feel it has been so great.  We are paying a lot of money but we feel there is great value.  Whoever you decide to work with has to be a fit.  I really think we will always work with a coach and may change coaches as we grow in our business.

Hi my name is Sonya Davis I am a Realtor here in Pensacola, Florida. I joined this group because my Broker strongly believes in coaching and I have coaching every Monday morning.

I was with another company before coming to work for my Broker and it was more of "just do it".

Now, my coach (Broker) helps me to stay focused through the highs and lows.

I am totally convinced that this is definitely the way to grow.......

Lisa Coates
Level Ten Construction Consultants - Halifax, NS
Residential Home Sales Specialist

Hello, My name is Lisa Coates, I've been involved in coaching programs on and off for about 7years. I do find value in coaching and accountability. When I was a faithful Kool Aid drinker my business was a lot more predictable. But that goes to say when the market was "Hot" then in 2006 when the market shifted I found my faith in coaching or particularly my coach at that time dissipated. Currently, I changed offices and decided to go with a traditional office. The biggest challenge I've found without coaching is accountability and another more positive view to approach internal obstacles. In today's market I would like to find a group that can share how they overcome difficult objection handlers. For instance when you read ads that say "Agents not Welcome" or new ways for affordable marketing and higher profits from commissions. Then of course the next thing is to find the support to encourage me when I go into survivor mode. I'm sure this group has a termedous amount of resources to learn from and I have a lot of offer from my experiences and training.

Well I'm a little late to the "party" here.  With so many amazing groups on Active Rain, I just stumbled upon this one!

I'm a broker/owner of a boutique real estate company that I recently opened here in Huntsville, Alabama.

I do have a Real Estate Coach and he has helped me grow my business.   I think more importantly, he also helps me keep my personal life and family time front and center at all times.  Family first, work second :)

Looking forward to reading some great posts here in the future!

RE/MAX Legacy - Woburn Real Estate - Woburn, MA
Woburn Real Estate Agent

HI Everyone

My name is Janine I am a real Estate agent in Woburn, MA. I have been in the business for 6 years and had a year of real estate coaching. It's great because it keeps you on track. Having a coach is the same as going to school and having to submit your weekly assignment. It keeps you focused and on track. This is why a great way is to have accountability groups.

I would like to join an accountability group if we ever create one activerain.

David Tracy Real Estate for Buyers & Sellers

Hi I am Sussie Sutton and I have been in the business since 2006. I am a part time Realtor but plan on retiring on February 15, 2014 and doing Real Estate full time. I am most excited about this.

In my full time day job I am the Development Coordinator for a municipality in a small town in Texas. This too is a very fun job. I get to meet residential developer and big box developers too. I have learned much in my day time job so that Real Estate is icing on the cake!

I have lots of great ideas to help the newbie and all you have to do is read my blogs or email me your questions. I am here to help if I can.

Most will find Active Rain to be the most helpful website out there for new and old Realtors alike!
