If you are a first time home buyer or a repeat home buyer who has lived in your primary residence for at least 3 of the last 5 years of ownership I can help you. (We can still do a loan for you but you may not qualify for the home buyer tax credit).
Up to $8000 for first time home buyers who have not owned a principle residence in the last three (3) years is available based on income. For repeat buyers you may be eligible for a tax credit of up to $6500.
Both tax credits can be realized even if you are using specialized loans such as the Georgia Dream Home Ownership Program or an FHA 203k Rehab loan.
