A real estate agent friend of mine was recently telling me about a very interesting program for helping people sell their home in this current market and I thought it deserved a blog post.
The part that caught my attention was that ERA will buy the home if it doesn't sell within 6 months.
The program does have some stipulations but to me it sounded like a great option for a lot of people that are having difficulty selling their homes in the Logan Utah market.
Here are a few of the stipulations directly from ERA...
"The majority of houses submitted for consideration do qualify for the plan. However, there are some that do not. For example, properties valued in the upper 20% of sales price for the geographic area, houses located on a busy road, or exhibiting non-functional floor plans and styles, will not qualify, Keep in mind that even if your house does not qualify, by listing with an ERA Broker, prospective buyers can often take advantage of this plan in order to sell their current home to buy yours."
