On the attached dwelling front, there are 24 active properties listed right now, ranging from $89,900 to $409,900. Of those, 5 have offers and are taking backup offers. There is 1 home with a sale pending. Since January 1, 8 attached dwellings have closed sales. The average number of days on market for the attached dwellings which sold in 2010 is 143. The shortest number of days on market was 38, and the longest was 358. Obviously, things are moving in the Louisville market - buyers are out there, and, as always, the right pricing as well as the upkeep of the property are key to getting a quick sale.
