I wanted to share the results of my Open House in Solar Hills Ranch Sunday.
What started as a 12:30 -2:30 open house ended up going from 12:30 until 4:30.
We had 6 couples and they all loved the home. it really is a great property on 1.6 acres and just under 4000 square feet.
We were very excited to see some nice weather bringing out a few more people, it has been a real slow start this year and we are hoping that people will get some confidence and start thinking about buying and seling.
I always enjoy the peole that come out to an open house because you never know when they might be contacting you in the future to sell their house and give you the opportunity to be thrir Realtor.
You never know how things can work out, unless you give the opportunity for it to happen.
