The number of new listings is up by about 40 homes from December. This reflects the new year and new real estate market, although it is still officially off season. The average asking price of the homes currently on the market is $121,152 and the average days on market for those homes has been 352 days. During the month of Janurary we saw 21 homes sell/close in Gladwin, Michigan. This is 13 less than December but is down by about 30 sales from the busier summer months.
