It's been a long haul for this little lake house. I'm so happy it's buyers finally found it! Located on DD Hwy this lake home at 54 Turnridge Dr. Reeds Spring, MO had many admirers with a showing about every week or two. At first we added a boat slip and a boat in the garage making it a package deal, then we took it out thinking it would be better to lower the price in the MLS. Finally we did both, lowering the price and including all the extras. It closed yesterday at $155,000. I'm sure the new buyers are going to love the easy walk to the lake and the quiet laid back neighborhood. Best Wishes!!
