It drives me nuts, Tia, that sellers are so reluctant to stage. I feel like an evangelical and sellers are like . Thank you for your comment about how staging is cheaper than the 1st price reduction! That nails it. I am going to use it. I know staged homes sell faster...I recently heard the statistic that staged homes sell for 1% to 5% more money. Please, sellers! Let us help you make more money! My stager is even willing to wait until closing to get paid! It is an uphill battle but I am not giving up!

Thanks so much for your comment. Part of the reason that Sellers are reluctant to stage can be due to lack of communication about Home Staging. We have come a long way but we have a ways to still go. I am very passionate about Home Staging and I will not rest until I educate as many people as I can about the benefits of Home Staging.
