Real Estate Market Statistics, United Country Certified Real Estate Auctions, Land for Sale

Everyone is talking about how the Real Estate Market crashed and how difficult it was to buy land for sale, sell land or property in 2009. However, we're going to focus on the positive, because we had such a fantastic year! United Country had incredible growth and we are proud to be a part of that. Certified Real Estate alone had an impressive amount of real estate auctions and traditional real estate sales.

Here are some of the facts based on United Country data from over 700 real estate offices nationwide:

2009 Real Estate Sales Prices UP from 2008 by 5%

2009 Real Estate Total Sales Volume UP by 15%

2009 Real Estate Gross Commissions UP by 20%

Despite the recession, our real estate agents and auctioneers were able to see an actual increase in real estate auctions, land for sale, commercial property for sale, homes for sale and more!

It doesn't stop there, we had a boom in real estate auctions, as demonstrated by the following:

  1. In 2007, United Country Auction Services had 49 auction offices in 25 states
  2. In 2008, United Country Auction Services grew by 27% with 68 offices in 28 states
  3. In 2009, United Country Auction Services grew by 23% with 89 offices in 33 states

United Country Auction Services has, as of last count, 23 new auction offices, 93 total auction offices, 123 total auctioneers!

We are the #1 real estate company according to Dunn and Bradstreet because we have auction services and we are change makers!
