I'm a Professional Property Stager and have some Realtors that do not want Virtual Tours because they feel it is invading the Seller's privacy. Now that Web appeal has become an integral part of marketing a property for sale, I think these Realtors are not doing everything they can for the Seller. So I'm here today to ask the opinions of Realtors regarding Virtual tours.
