THis cost me less than 20% of what I paid in Dues to be a Realtor and the ability to make immediate and residual income (for my retirement years) is so much greater. And I'm getting paid over and over again for what I did once. How would you like to get paid over and over again for a house you sold once? Same thing here. Now that's value!
