Special offer

Dine & B DAZZLED

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Realty Group I

Due to the low turn out of Sunday open houses, We are conteplaiting having Sat. OPEN HOUSES !

A successful Open House would consist of an acceptable offer HA HA ., I would like to get back to

the basics. building relationships, networking and representing buyers & sellers without the input

of their  family members.  I spoke with some of the sponsers of the 2007 parade of homes builders association

and they all agreed that that have more face to face business on Saturdays. I will follow up and advise if My

Sat. Dine & B DAZZLED OPEN HOUSE is a success.

Interesting thought. Since Open Houses don't draw like they used to. I'm always looking for suggestions. Thanks

I always have open houses on Saturday and they seem to bring in a good amount of people, though like Al said not as many people as would be ideal.

I have experimented with Sat & Sunday,  Sunday wins hands down but I have mine at 2-3:30   the norm in my area is 1-3  so they look at mine last & don't miss out. Many people still work on Sat. Good luck & let us know
