I'm sure I'm missing something big here, and I hope this isn't like the worst thing to say, but why does that guy look mentally handicapped?  o.O

Lisa, the governor is blind. That's why it is interesting to me that the caption says "See Ya!" Politicians are stepping down (or not running for re-election) left and right. 

I got it,, and thought the caption was in bad taste.

It doesn't look good for Patterson, the snow ball effect is getting bigger everyday as more problems are unearthed, you wonder how long he will last.
