Sold the Lowest Priced Home in HB in One Week

Hi Everyone, just a little update on one of the properties below.  I sold that house in one week without putting it on the MLS.  I find it helps to hold listings for advertising as exclusive properties not on the MLS.  It definately adds value to your business.
