PREPARE FOR THE INSPECTION.

·  Remove dogs - Inspectors don't like getting bit

·  Sweep the chimney - Inspectors need to see up it

·  Move things away from the basement walls - Inspectors need to inspect the foundation.

·  Clear a path to the attic access and electric panel

Not a real person
San Diego, CA

Last summer I did an inspection that wasn't supposed to have a dog at it. There was, indeed, a dog, and it was a big dog. Here it is:

Since I'm a dog person, I carefully opened the back door and in through the crack comes this huge, wet, slobbery tongue. He just wanted lots of love, and someone to throw his tennis balls all over the yard.
