Spring Market Snapshot

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Commonwealth Wellesley

For sale, but not for long - The Boston Globe http://bit.ly/aTr1yb

One of my clients is featured - and since publication she has been in 2 more multiple bidding situations!

If your home has been updated, and has been priced according to market value, then it will sell.

Houses that linger on the market tend to be a combination of not having been modernized, less than ideal location, and sellers who insist on pricing that reflects what they "want" rather than what the home's value is.

Obviously there can be other impacting variables, but for the most part, the bottom line generally comes down to price, modernization, price, location, - and price!

We're experiencing the same situation....inventory is very low and anything priced within reason is selling now.
