Real Living Flag... sharing MY photo
I am not a big photographer... I am not going to do a photo blog... well I do have a Posterous blog with some photos but I am not a photoblogger. I admire Teresa Boardman, Kristal Kraft and other real estate people who are great photographers.
I love good photos.
I am very visual.
When it comes to Flickr I am more of a consumer than a producer. I believe this is the first photo I am sharing with a Creative Commons license. Not that I was hoarding my photos. The default is "all rights reserved" and I seldom add photos to Flickr... but that could change.
There are great posts on ActiveRain about Flickr and the Creative Commons license and that whole web 2.0 thing. Use the ActiveRain Search for Flickr Tutorials.
Real Living Flag - a picture is worth a thousand words
I love MY photo of a US flag and a Real Living flag against a blue Columbus Ohio sky (we have blue sky this morning too. YAY!!!) I've used my flag photo in the banners on the top of my Discover Columbus OH blog and my Worthington Old and News blog... not on the Columbus version now but it is on the Worthington banner... I change those... not that often because I really don't have a lot of good local photos. I believe it is on both of my Facebook fan page avatars now too...
I have used the Real Living flag photo on a number of blog posts.
Real Living Flag. I'm sharing with other Real Living agents
I would be honored if anyone with Real Living when they need a photo for their website, or for a blog post, or a Facebook Fan page where they are talking about Real Living would use my photo. I have licenced the photo with a Creative Commons license. You can crop it. You can change it. You can use it commercially. All that is required is Attribution.
Just attribute the photo to me and I will be thrilled. Sharing can be good...
Thanks!
Image Credit: It's Mine but this is what a Flickr Photostream and license link will often look like. This can be what attribution looks like! First link is to my Flickr Photostream. Second link is the license.
