► P.S Real Estate Marketing Efforts paying off...

By
Real Estate Agent with Maximum One Realty

Despite the on going negative news on the housing market I believe there are still a demand for housing. Bellow I am including a chart of my web traffic for the last 12 months. December was very low as my website was down for over 10 days due to our merger with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metrobrokers forming the largest Real Estate Company in Georgia.

In December I started advertising the new Brand via email and direct mail leading back to my web site www.zugloff.com The results for January and February are in direct correlation with those marketing efforts. This shows me that the market is not dead and people are still interested in a good deal.

I definitely agree that real estate marketing efforts can and will pay off, Kris.  The key is to stay consistent - as you yourself saw from your own site traffic report.  As soon as you stopped marketing your site, the traffic fell off drastically.  Marketing is key!  Not only that, buyers are going to buy regardless of the market conditions - they'll just be more conscientious about their purchase decision than they were in the past.  You need a home when you need a home and the market can't predict that!  Congratulations on your marketing success!

Emcee, I could not say it better myself, I agree 100% that is individual effort that makes the difference not the market news.
