Total number of single-family homes sold in Nampa Idaho in Jan. and Feb. in the following years:
2007: 315 Homes SOLD Average Sales Price = $182,880
2008: 179 Homes SOLD (Down 43%) Average Sales Price = $169,562 (Down 7%)
2009: 124 Homes SOLD (Down 31%) Average Sales Price = $146,166 (Down 13.7%)
2010: 209 Homes SOLD (Up 68%) Average Sales Price = $120,075 (Down 17.8%)
The number of sales is great for 2010, however we are looking for some stabilization for Nampa Home Prices.
