It is such a rare sight - everything stops, no matter how little or how much. Even if it doesn't stick to the roads we all burrow in and wait for the snow to melt.

It's been a weird winter for us. We've had several snow events, but so far not enough to get stuck in the house in Birmingham. I suppose there is still time.....I believe our '93 blizzard was in mid-March.
Much better. Looks like home to me. lol. Northern Michigan had a mild winter so far.
"These are in color" - fabulous, Cherry. Don't you just love the black and white effect that a good snowfall has on a picture?
It was very pretty - I love the first photo from our upstairs balcony - our little neighborhood looked so peaceful. But I must admist for the short time it was on the ground (all gone by late afternoon) it did some major damage to our palms.
