Government adds Short Sale Program

Hi Kay,

I'm curious,  are you finding that it's certain banks that you are routinely having problems with? It seems as though some short sale packages just float on through, while you feel like you are beating your head against the wall with others.

I'm not sure how well this program will work. There are many requirements that must be met. I guess we'll see.

For anyone that works short sales and is on Facebook, I have a recommendation. There are a couple of guys that I met at a convention a couple of weeks ago. They do some serious short sale business.

They have a fan page called Short Sale Power Hour. They do webinars and post some great information on what's going on with the banks. You might want to check them out. I'll post the link below.

It's a great place to learn and share information. If you are having trouble with a particular short sale, you may find others that have had the same issues and can give you a suggestion that might help to resolve your issue and get it to the closing table.
