I figured I'd stick with "not nice" when discribing Mike Linkenauger. I had many other possible names, but decided to keep them to myself.
Check out the blog post comment that he posted on my TWO YEAR OLD post. As if it was written yesterday.
Here is his cokcy and rude and off the point comment on my SHORT SALE blog post that was featured in Business Week and was well respected and highly linked to to help people understand what short sales WEREwhen they first came out.

and should really check things around prior to posting. (You mean from 2 years ago?! maybe you should check the dates.)
You are comparing ACTIVE and WITHDRAWN listings to SOLD listings. Did it EVER occur to you that maybe these "active" OR "withdrawn" status listings EVENTUALLY will close?? In 2008 short sale inventories were on the rise, THAT is the reason such a small percentage of short sales had closed when you wrote this. (Exactly, this dataisno longer the norm)
To include active and withdrawn listings in these statistics is a competency issue. (again nice)
Are you saying that 95% of all short sale listings get foreclosed on??? (back then, yes. Foreclosed on or the sellers decided to keep the house, or they relist it, so yes that LISTING, as it is, were only closing 1 in 20.)
You are when you say "only 5% of short sale listings close". The only thing "FAKE" here are your statistics, and misleading the public when short sales already have a bad wrap is a no-no. (these were the stats in 2/2008)
Ethics violation??? (who are you?)
Anyway, reality is, short sales are likely overtake REO's this week (This week as in not two years ago? Great.)
with HAFA streamlining, and agents like you are being left in the dust while truly "innovative" agents (low blow, a little jealousy??) are working on seven figure incomes this year. (now you sound more like a spammer)
