Does Your Brokerage Have a Fantastic Transaction Coordinator?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with National Association of REALTORS®

For an upcoming article in REALTOR® Magazine, we'd like to hear about transaction coordinators who not only do a top-notch job, but who have helped devise a notable system or operate in some distinctive way to process transactions as efficiently and flawlessly as possible. We intend to profile transaction coordinators who can serve as exemplary role models in the business, and who may even do things differently from many of their peers. We'd be especially interested to hear from folks who make the best use of leading-edge technology in their transaction processing role. Please tell us how they (or you) stand out. Thanks. You can either reply here or send me an email with your details. Contact me at wcole@realtors.org

Thanks so much.

Our Transaction Coordinator is great.

She was actually an escrow officer up until last year, so she has probably more insight than most T.C.'s

I've worked for a brokerage that had a transaction coordinator, but the agents got to choose whether or not they wanted to use her. Unfortunately, not enough agents used her services on a regular basis, so there wasn't enough money to maintain her position. Since then, I've had my own assistance when I needed it. Unfortunately, my best assistant has now gone away to college. That would be my daughter ;-)
