 Spring Meadows is a co-op community in Hauppauge Long Island and Suffolk County. You can reach Spring Meadows by the Long Island Expressway Exit 57.  These are 1, 2 and some rare 3 bedroom co-ops within the Hauppauge School District #6.  The 1 and 2 bedroom units are either ground level or upper level co-ops with 1 bath, and the 3 bedroom are 2 story townhouse floor plans.  Pets are only permitted in a small section of this neighborhood.

 

 Towne House Village is located in Hauppauge Long Island,  and this community is situated in the Central Islip School District #13.  This condominium community can be reached north of The Long Island Expressway Exit 57.

 

The Lakes at Honey Hollow is a code-gated community within the Hauppauge School District #6.  These are townhouse units offering a clubhouse, pool, and tennis.  Each unit has central air conditioning and gas heat in this pet friendly community.

 

Willow Wood has a Hauppauge address, but this townhouse community is within the Smithtown School District #1.  Situated near Route 347, this community was opened in 1995 and has central air conditioning and gas heat.

 

Hauppauge Green is a community consisting of 3 bedroom 2.5 townhouses off Motor Parkway in Hauppauge.  This neighborhood is surrounded by Arielle Court and was built in 2004. There are no amenities here, but there are 2 car garages and backyard patios.

 

The Wind Watch in Hauppauge Long Island is a 24 hour guard gated home owner's association community that was built in 1998.  You can reach this neighborhood by The Long Island Expressway Exit 57.  The community offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, restaurant and golf.  Membership for golf is not mandatory, but social membership in the community is required. These are attached villas with upper or grand level units, Ranch style and Colonial detached floor plans.
