Price Upon Request...Shown To Qualified Buyers..Or, even better, let's not mention a price anywhere.
The adage "If you have to ask the price you probably can't afford it" does not apply in real estate. Does it? No, this is real estate...it is about the price, location and condition.
I just don't understand what the big deal is - is the agent scared they overpriced the listing? Embarassed they took the listing for such a high price? Maybe they want to just keep us all guessing?
So I rush to the MLS to find out the house is well within my clients price range -- however, Price Upon Request Listing Agents - your listings may well get overlooked by clients and agents, as mine almost disregarded it entirely based on those three simple words.
