Technology changes daily. Last year I didn't even know what Twitter was. 12 years ago I was Using AOL 3.0 and loving the fact that I could send an e-mail. Today Twitter engrosses my life, along with e-mails. I used to work in Radio and every morning would read the paper for news updates, and listen to ABC feed and dub it out to a reel to reel machine. I can't remember the last time I read a newspaper or used reel to reel... However, I do know I watch all news online now. This is just an example of how media is changing daily! My question to you...as a real estate agent are you using your media efficiently, or are you still using AOL 3.0? Real Estate Video is now one of the most efficient way to showcase a home. It reduces times of open houses, it saves your buyer time by keeping them from having to drive all over town, it helps out of town buyers get a better feel for the home they are looking at. These are just a handful of reasons that Real Estate Videos are a incredible tool for selling homes. If you want to view some examples visit www.truepixrealestate.com. I love all the new technology but you have to find that happy medium between your internet life and real live face to face conversation. We need to interact and show emotion, things the web can't provide like actualy human contact.
I Could not agree more! I am a huge people person and love spending time with anyone I can. However you also have to realize you can't be everywhere with everyone at once, so by using technology you are making yourself available while you are busy. So many people rely soley on internet driven sources (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube). For instance, my better half would rather not ever have to talk to anyone in person, and do everything online. So by using new technologies you are not trying to replace yourself, but instead you are trying to reach out to all audiences:) BTW, thanks for the comment!! Love discussion!
