The Concord, California Real Estate Market remained very active in February 2010. A total of 89 homes sold in February, eight less than in January 2010. Since February is a shorter month, it's really not surprising that there would be fewer home sales. However, the most interesting statistic, is that (once again) the average selling price was 101% of asking price. Equal to January 2010 numbers.

Homes that were sold in Concord, California had an average listing (asking) price of $278,752 and the average selling price was $282,443.
