Although, I am not a Washingtonian by birth. I have had the opportunity of living here for almost six  years. I am orignally from the East Coast. Snow is not new to me but I am a little confused as to what type of weather this state has to offer besided the rain during the winter. During my six years of living here I've encounter a few years of some very bizarre weather. Last year, it snowed in April. Now it is dropping below freezing and may snow in some areas tonight and early tomorrw morning. When you wake up in the morning and have to be on the roads be very careful. I will be glad when spring actually hits us.

The weather is one of the things we love about the Pacific Northwest and helps keep it this beautiful. Now, I do remember that snow in April as my family and I were camping on the Coast when it hit. Talk about a surprise when we woke up, it did help explain why we felt so cold all night though.
