When a picture is not worth a word....

Home Stager with Spaces Refined Inc.

In this very competitive market. We are inundated with a multitude of homes available to the consumer. With the numbers climbing daily. Competition is mounting.

Have you checked out your competition lately? There are a number of staged homes presenting themselves beautifully online. Photos that are placed on the net are the first impression of your home to the public. You may not get a second look (showing appointment) with absent photos, views of cluttered spaces and the one I love, messy children's rooms. Great photos are crucial. We include them with our Staging services.

We work homeowners and realtors. Within all budgets. Our most popular product is a DIY Consultation. This gives the homeowner a punch list of areas to be tackled prior to listing. After completion, we work with you during your fine tuning appointment.

We will move you to the "next stage".

This is the truth!  I do not understand some of the pics I see on the MLS are ones that would drive me away! THe one that gets me, is pics were laundry is sitting on the couch or table..... If you want to sale your home you have to at least make the effort.....

Good points.  I saw an MLS yesterday for a 1.9 million dollar home in Virginia and the leaving room had a deer head and some kind of animal skin over the fireplace.  The furniture was worn and the room was crowded.  I was shocked - what was that realtor and seller thinking!  I wouldn't even think about going to check out that home.  I just don't get it.

I think staging is wonderful, as a Realtor Associate/ASP Stager it does make a big difference.  Staged homes do sell faster.
