r. The main living area includes the kitchen and dining area with a picture window to view the sunrise over the mountains as it glistens on the lake. This level also has a living room with a rock fireplace and mantle. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with it’s own deck overlooking the lake. There are two additional bedrooms and a laundry room downstairs.
The gazebo on the lakeside of the property is a wonderful spot for a picnic lunch and to watch the boats cruise by.
Tahoe City is just a short drive away and offers a variety of activities such as: rafting down the Truckee River, two museums, a movie theater, restaurants, commons beach and much more. During the summer months Commons Beach has live concerts and outdoor movies.
