Tough business was in it for almost 20 years. Last restaurant started it at 65 seats grew it to 140 seats and went from less than a 1/4 mil to almost 3/4 mil still growing but not easy. out of it 5 years. Work hard and you can make it just as in any business gotta throw yourself into it.
