We are lucky, There is a small area of bluff-tops, that allow soemone to own a view of the Mississippi like this. However they really are only on thw Wiscosnin side of the river, Minnesota and Iowa do not offer the same views as WI. It's like a Ripley's believe it or not. But in this case you do want to believe.
