SAFE Act Questions - Do I have to tak a Live class?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Hughes Realty

Well the SAFE Act does require that all Mortgage Originators take 20 hours of LIVE instruction.  Thanks to technology they do consider webinars LIVE instruction.  I just started teaching the class and can answer your questions if you have them.  You can also check out your state and national requirements on www.thehughesschool.com.

Tracy - Thx for the info which is a reminder that I still need to sign up for some classes.  Really glad that we can take webinars - LOVE WEBINARS.

Even though I'm DRE and get to have my testing requirements waived, I'm going to take the classes anyway because some of them I may be able to use towards my DRE continuing education requirements.

Tracy - I just went online to sign up with your sessions and I'm curious, is it necessary to take the sessions in order?  It doesn't seem like your offering them in order - sort of.  For example, the next session one class is April 2nd but then for the next week, your schedule seems to be going backwards from session 13 and session 2 isn't for a week later.  Hmmm...
