Realtors, ask me about Home Buyer's Marketing with Bank of America!

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Communitas Realty Partners

Wish you had a way to track all those contacts that you make during your marketing (yard sign calls, open houses, floor calls, etc)?  Do you have a problem with contact conversions, turning those contacts you make with people into meaningful relationships, and even future closings?

The stats bear it out...people will go to a website 5 times before ever talking to a realtor.  And 70% of those people go with the first realtor that offers them something of value!  Home Buyer's Marketing offers that item of value.  HBM allows you to not only input and track all your contacts, but it allows you to show your contacts all homes for sale in the MLS, as well as schools, maps, points of interest, etc.  Contact me for more info!

Are you in Colorado?  Unfortunately I am limited to offering this to realtors in Colorado only, but you might ask your local Bank of America loan officer about it!

I hear ya Ron, it can be tough to find quality people that you want to work with!  You are close to my hometown, I grew up in Houston!

I've used this system for several months now with a different lender.  It's a very good site, the clients who use it really like it. But it's hard to get 'cold' leads to sign up on it because before they can use it fully they have to agree to terms such as their contact info being shared with moving companies, etc.  None of my clients have been contacted, but it's still there in the agreement. Also, they have to sign up then wait until they are contacted with their password to use the system,  Which really shouldn't be a big deal for all they get in return but it can turn cold leads off.  Plus, after putting a link to this site on my blog posts I found out that was an MLS violation.  We can only put links to an MLS search on our own website, not another website.
