StanPac's Going Green in Northampton!
A big congrats to our Raleigh division on their first neighborhood in the Wake Forest, NC real estate market and their first homes to be completely Energy Star certified!
As we announced on the Raleigh new homes blog, Standard Pacific has recently acquired the remaining 110 homesites in Northampton, a community in Wake Forest, NC.
Yes, we are excited about the 10 different floor plans we'll be offering with optional three-car garages, carriage garages and third floor attics. Yes, the neighborhood has a great location, with Jones Dairy Elementary within walking distance. Yes, the fully-functional swim and recreation center is awesome.
But here is the really exciting news: the new Northampton homes will be our first fully Energy Star certified homes in the Triangle real estate market! Each home Standard Pacific adds in the Northampton community will be built to Energy Star standards.
The good, green vibes start with our Ashford model, which is already under construction. Stay tuned to the Standard Pacific Homes Raleigh Facebook page, where we'll be uploading photos soon showing the progress on the Ashford model.
