Many people in DFW will be heading down to Lower Greenville Avenue for the Saint Patrick's Day parties.  I'll happily be spending the weekend in Prosper, Texas, meeting with buyers and sellers. 

 

Saturday 03-13-10

10am-11:30am - Prosper resale home tour

Each week, we visit a different price point of homes.  To be involved in this caravan tour of resale homes in Prosper, email jrkallen1@yahoo.com or direct message your contact information to me at http://www.twitter.com/prospertxhomes.  I will email back the agenda, and we meet at the first home in the tour.  Today is Prosper resale in the $350k-650k price range - the most popular resale price range.  Pre-qualification is not a requirement for the home tour.  This is a weekly tour meant to help introduce the homes of Prosper to prospective new residents.  Pick your weekend and come out to find your right price point.  No high-pressure sales pitches. 

1st Saturdays: $100k-$350k

2nd Saturdays: $350k-650k

3rd Saturdays: $650k-$999,999

4th Saturdays: $1 million and over

 

 

2-4pm - Open house

Today, I'll be holding open Shelly's listing at 1600 Hidden Glen Court in Steeplechase.  Since I am our team's Prosper resident Realtor, I do try to volunteer at all Prosper listings held by anyone on the Keith Dobbs Team.  This listing has just reduced in price to $479,900 - which is an absolute steal for a custom home with pool in a gated community!  I've held this home open before, and can attest to it's very liveable floorplan and neutral decor.  It shows great, and you'll be glad you came out to see it for yourself.   We've made arrangements for the gate to be open during the open house.  But, my phone number is on the sign at the gate as a backup.  Call me at 972-816-4369 and I'll make sure you can gain access for the open house.

Don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night!  Daylight Savings Time begins at midnight.  Spring forward.  This is the official start to the Spring real estate selling season, and you'll notice a lot of agents who took the Winter off will be returning in these warmer days of March.

 

Sunday 03-14-10

2-4pm - Open house
