Never been a better time to buy at Lake Oconee For the first time ever, I am seeing more foreclosures at Lake Oconee. When the market was good townhomes were being built and sold before finished. Most of the units were mid 400's and well up into the 500's. Now these units can be bought at Steals!!!
Townhomes in the 3000 square ft range with boat ramps and day use docks and swimming pools, granite countertops, fireplaces and rock accents are priced for the 249,000 and the 359,000 range. This makes it a great time for the buyer to grap up some great deals. You couldn't build these units for this!!! We are selling these and with the mortgage rates the lowest they have been in years, people are thinking it's Never been a better time to buy at Lake Oconee.
