I've never been to Santa Fe, or anywhere near there.  Looks like it has its own kind of beauty, I love the colors in your photo.

Thanks Beth - The land in the Pecos River Valley just outside Santa Fe is absolutely magical. I created this image before winter covered everything white.

Hi Emily-

I so love this time of the year when the trees are budding and the late-bloomers are still bare.  It makes for such a beautiful photo! Thanks for sharing it!

MaryBeth, Janna - Thank you!

Pecos, New Mexico is about a 30 minute drive on I-25 north from Santa Fe. The landscape in the Pecos River Valley is different and the mountains have tall pines. This image happened on a day before winter when the light was nearly perfect and I found myself witnessing the natural beauty New Mexico gives back when you look. Now it is snowing (again) and I can only imagine what the mountains must be like tonight.

Rob - Thanks for your comment. Stay in touch about your Santa Fe prospect as an experienced relo specialist I know I can help move them forward.

Caron's Gateway - Santa Fe's destination market was a cushion on the overall housing bubble. There is demand but the major shift in financing options has created more of the challenge in sales.

Scott, I think depth of field was one of the first concepts I learned using my first SLR film camera. Thanks for reminding me about my Pentax 1000 which sits on a shelf in my studio watching the computer!
