Great day for updated pictures

Yesterday was a perfect day to update my listing photos. We were heading out for a bike ride as the temps were in the 50's heading for the 60's. I decided to ride out to one of my listings for fresh photos with blue skies and no more snow. Thought you might want to see what a difference this can make in your pictures. I had the added benefit of white puffy clouds to enhance the view.

Stunning difference isn't it?

This is a great point, I hate when you get to the middle of summer and are still looking at snow pics. This is my pet peeve! Aaron

BIG difference. We see that in pictures here, also. Of course, some agents don't bother to update anything, much less the pictures. My favorite is the remarks which say "this one won't last!" and it's showing 200 days on the market.

Great and to the point! More than a pet peeve... it is a major disservice to the seller when the photos are screaming winter in the dead heat of summer :) Nice makeover!
