Outback Restaurant supporting our troops in March

Education & Training with Realty Mark Associates AB066878

Outback Restaurant is having a Thank you for Our Troops Program for the month of March. The concept began in 2002, with a team of Outbackers who traveled to Afghanistan to feed troops stationed there. Since then, over 100 members of the mother company, OSI Restaurant Partners, have made another six trips serving troops in Djibouti, Iraq, Kuwait and Bahrain.

In March, when you order from the Red, White and Bloomin' menu it will help Outback Restaurant donate $1 million to Operation Homefront which provides assistance for our troops, their families and wounded warriors when they return home.

Outback Restaurant supporting our troops

One of my sons is serving our country in the Persian Gulf  (Bahrain) for the third time and won't be home for Easter. We love him and pray for his safe return. It's good to know he is supported by this company for his continued efforts.

Thank you for passing this along to us, and we will send it to others.  We are so grateful for all of our troops and the many sacrifices they have all made throughout our history. Your son's gift is a blessing to us all.  Our son in law leaves for military intelligence training in a few weeks, and wont be here for our daughter's birthday or their 2nd anniversary (he was also training during their first), and we understand what the empty chair is beginning to look like.  A constant reminder to pray for them all.

Suzanne, my best to your son and all that serve with him.  There is a large military presence here in Huntsville, so I'm constantly reminded of those serving.  I didn't get to see the video because it was taking way too long to load.  Thanks for putting this out for all to read.

What a great idea.  Outback is one of my favorites and now I have even more reason to go out to dinner!

Sharon - Thank you for your prayers. I hope it won't be too hard on your daughter when her husband is gone for training.

Nick - Sorry it took so long to load. It's a wave file. Try downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player; it's free.

Sharon - We'll be at the Bar- B this month too!

Thanks for passing nthis along. My wife and I took advantage of this on Friday night at the Outback on 202.

This is an awesome display of a company taking care of our own.

We will keep your son and all of those who served and are now serving in our prayers.

Thank You
