As I am putting together my virtual tours, I am adding more benefits of my listings and working on sharing the story of each home.

Tool #1: I am testing out a product called Rapid Sketch. This allows me to create floor plans of each of my homes easily and upload them to TourVista. I did some google searching to pick a floor plan tool and like this one.

Tool #2: The other tech tool I am using is Picnik. This online program allows you to edit your images and add text. I use it to add text to call out the features in a home. I have put an example below.

It is interesting. I like the idea of the Rapid Sketch... currently I am using Obeo. I draw out a plan and send it to them and they make it happen.. Always looking for a better way.
