I just completed Class #2 in the month long series taught by Dave Hall of Listing Solutions and I came away with a lot of new information Social Networking.
We discussed Active Rain accounts and the power AR has with the search engines. I think we could have a class 
dedicated to Active Rain alone. I was surprised to see how many of our agents were not familiar with the benifits of Active Rain. When I list homes in St. Augustine, localism is the first place I post my listing.
Dave also taught us about TwitterFeed , TwitterCall and Bud URL to help us in simplify our Tweets. This to could be a class of it’s own, although I am not a huge fan of Twitter. I’d love to hear if you are using Twitter and what your success is.
