Pat Kitano and Brad Andersohn give generously of their time and knowledge. It takes a while to understand ( it did for me anyway) but suddenly the light bulb goes off and you realize the potential!
I'm pleased Brad Andersohn invited me to share some unique ideas on how to use Twitter on Active Rain University. I am a big proponent of social media universities and Brad is the ideal coach to developing this system. Way to go Brad!
Join me next Tuesday, March 16 at 10:00. I consider Twitter the good will engine of the social networks that can be used efficiently to build loyal community networks. I'll introduce some original ideas that borrow from other industry's use of Twitter that show how you can use Twitter practically and efficiently for business development:
1) How to use multiple Twitter accounts - one for personal use and others automated to broadcast real estate related news
2) How to use Twitter efficiently. Most real estate professionals are baffled by Twitter and other social media. The usual methodology of "social media farming" via Twitter and Facebook doesn't work, so they give up. We'll show how to build community networks without using the usual farming methods.
3) Why Twitter is destined to become the principal player in hyperlocal networking (at least until Facebook and Google Buzz catch up, but they are all headed in the same direction).
