We got onto the subject of the lot prices and the different water views in Cape Coral. He said, I am always amazed even today, the different water views that are here in Cape Coral ! This is why it is very important to shop the water views, location and the gulf access ( Time to get to the gulf ) before you can understand value, then you know what you want and what your money can afford. Finding a home is the easy part after that! When we went out looking for a home for you, this is why I suggested we compare water-view and access before we went looking for a home for you. I always like to say, how do you put a price on the water-view and sunsets? The current real estate market ( a Home buyers market) you can buy an assume waterfront view! For an amazing price! It's all about the view! and what the buyer is will to pay for the View! He said I would not trade my view for anything! I look at it as " I bought the view and the home was free!"
