Vickie - Thanks for the response. I don't think being (or not being) a Boeing Exec falls into one of the seven protected classes of Fair Housing. Section 804(c) To make, print, or publish, or cause to be made, printed, or published any notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination. Since Boeing is building their new Dreamliner plant just up the road, I thought it would be a catchy way to draw attention to a recent price reduction on this Daniel Island townhome. In the body of the announcement, I made sure to say "This three bedroom end unit townhome at 2267 Daniel Island Drive would be a great place to call home for anyone, not just Boeing executives" so as not to exclude anyone.
