Home Values in Reunion Colorado

Real Estate Agent with Great Way Real Estate

The housing market can be quite different depending on the location you are inquiring about. There are many reports that will talk about National news and averages, State news and averages, and City news and averages. Where are the reports that will tell me what is going on in my neighborhood?

Commerce City is like many cities which has an older and newer part of town, but what is unique is that the older and newer part of town are miles apart. Many feel that the newer part of Commerce City should have its own name and many do refer to the new part of Commerce City as Reunion Colorado.

The home values and trends have a vast difference between the old part of Commerce City and the new part Reunion Colorado. So taking market reports or trends from trusted resources that give statistics on a general demographic such as Commerce City as a whole, will not give an accurate depiction or what is happening in a neighborhood such as Reunion Colorado. So the question is, "Where can I get a Market Report that will tell me about home values in my specific are, such as Reunion?"

As a trusted Realtor in Colorado I have set up a service / webiste that home owners in Reunion Colorado can go to and request a Market Snapshot of what the housing trends are specifically for Reunion. This is a service that is absolutely free and safe courtesy of myself Jeremy Ridley. This is a very professional useful tool at the disposal of Reunion residents. Just one of many perks to living in Reunion!

Well written Jeremy, good luck with your new web site service.  Most areas cannot easily segregate the million dollar neighborhoods from the under $100,000 neighborhoods and as you said using an average gives you no clue as to the value of a home.
