Update - Property SOLD - Only Three Days on the Market!

Home Staging definitely makes a difference, especially with so many buyers shopping online before visiting a property.  After we staged this home, it went on the market and was sold within 3 days for 98% of the asking price!  The Buyer is from out of state and saw the pictures on-line.  He contacted the seller for additional information and then flew in to look at the house.  He made an offer on the spot!  Sweet!
