For the month ending Feb 2010 Harpswell saw 2 transactions occur at a median price of 410K. This contrasts with 4 transactions occurring at a median price point of 350K in January 2010 and 3 homes selling at 305K in Feb 2009. This mid coastal real estate market continues to remain sluggish, but hopefully with continued regional stabilization it will see improvement like the rest of the region helped along by Maine first time home buyers and historically low interest rates.
