Having just completed the NAR and CAR approved short sale clas I am certified and ready to start helping homeowners who are in difficult financial situations. I realize that just taking a class doesn't make me an expert, however I do have past experience in dealing with short sale properties. I work with a partner that also has the Short Sale certification and currenty is working with 2 sellers of SS property, one is already in escrow.
This is a field that is constantly changing as lawmakers and providers are looking to make the process more streamline and beneficial to all parties. Look for new short sale legislation to appear on April 5th.
